I don't know how well it speaks for KBKO that they do not have a PD yet. There are probably a lot of candidates that have been scared off.

My guess is they let Ken take it back over. Hasn't he been doing it since Lee Logan left?

My friend inside CC says they interviewed 5 candidates from all over, including San Fransisco and St. Louis, and have hired a new PD who will start soon. They haven't announced it yet outside the building.

And FYI, Brent Michaels has been the acting PD. I'm sure he's getting lots of help from Ken. Haven't really noticed any drop off of activity since Lee Logan left.

Names, people, names! Who did they interview? If we are talking about people from the majors, lets have some names.

And I have noticed the same thing that KBKO has kept the momentum up. When you have the promotions director in charge of a station, I can't see how they wouldn't continue to have great level of activity. Maybe it is just me, but the station also seems like it is bit more focused here of late too. Nice job Brent. <P ID="signature">______________

I heard they just hired a guy from Yakima, Washington (a VERY small market).

Heard Ken and Laray talking about their new boss Virgil starting on Monday. Who the hell is Virgil? Any ideas?
