KBMB is going to flip

got some info from a very good source that KBMB is going to flip. Possibly to CHR. KSFM and KDND should start thinking, in the words of chris griffin "Permission to FREAK OUT?!?!?"

i heard that paula is getting out of the AM world and going back the FM world.

Unlikely.

Why would a flip a station that just inked a deal with a new syndicated morning show?

Here are some more rumors for you.

1. Caltrans will install a toll booth at West end of the Yolo Causeway.
2. KNCI will drop country in favor of easy listening.
3. KSAC will hire Paul and Phil
4. KFBK will replace Tom Sullivan with a liberal talk show host.
5. The world will stop spinning any moment.

:)

I must sincerely agree with M.R.K. ...

Years ago, Paula Nelson got nearly 6 million dollars, if memory serves me
correct, for giving up 103.5 KBMB to Entravision, or whomever owns it.
I doubt if she'd go back there...and what other Sacto-area FMs are really
available with an acceptable signal that would be within her budget
(unless she's getting partners)...

Jes' wond'rin'...

C'mon, fart...you can do better than that. For a pre-April Fools bit, that's pretty weak. At least pick on a less-successful station than KBMB if you want to pull a good solid cyber-prank on us.

I like the way they appeared in 1998. An alternative to KSFM. I stick to satellite radio nowadays. Since they changed all of their DJ's. KSFM is the one that needs to change. KSFM's Top 40 Hip Hop/R&B is still soft to KBMB's Urban Hip Hop/G-Funk/R&B. KBMB needs to change dials since 103.5 bleeds too much going north of Sacramento.
