KBXD changes call letters

I see that KBXD 1480 is now KNGO. Didn’t they switch to Vietnamese language programming recently? I’m in Houston so can’t verify that.
 
I remember from a few years back the old KBXD ripping up 1480 in the west at night with 50 kW day power left on in error.

DX by errors and omissions didn't seem like it happened as much in the good ol' days...
 
I can hear KBXD at night here in Laramie, WY (Southeast corner of the state) if I aim my big loop antenna in the direction of Dallas. Their 1900 watt directional signal throws 15kw ERP in my general direction according to one of the engineers who built the new 50kw facility
