KC-101.3 - Great dance mixshow Saturday nights

nd2023

Banned
I was driving through Connecticut yesterday around 10:30 and I heard a dance mixshow on KC101.3. They played All Out Of Love, Now You're Gone, Because The Night, a dance remix of No Air, I Can't Help Myself, Cry For You, and more dance music. After a stopset, they played about 5 pop remixes and hip hop, and then back to dance after another stopset, and then I drove out of their coverage area :-( KC101.3 had a better dance mixshow than Party 105.3 at that time, Party was playing hip hop! KC101.3's mixshow sounded similar to 93.3 'FLZ's mixshow on Friday night.
Kiss 95.7 was also playing dance music, but no current dance music, mostly big late 90s dance hits.
Why can't Z100, KTU, etc have a mixshow like KC101.3?

Kiss 95.7 Hartford has even better Dance mixshows a bit later at night ;)
Kiss 108 Boston also still does some good Dance mixes on Sat nights.
Can't really tell you why Z-100 or KTU are slacking

You have to remember that WKCI (KC101.3)/New Haven is owned by Clear Channel, which may explain why they have the same mixes as WFLZ.

Robert, he didnt say they were the same mixes, he had it was a similar type of mixshow to the one FLZ does on Friday nights.

I wouldn't know if KC101.3 and 'FLZ simulcasted their mixshows unless there's an e-skip opening on Saturday night that would let me hear both stations. Does it matter if they're the exact same mixshow, Hamden and Tampa are over 1000 miles apart!
