KCBD Lubbock problems?

Has anyone else in Lubbock been having trouble with KCBD TV 11's digital signal? I live in S. Lubbock, and for the past 2 days in a row, I have been completely losing their digital signal in the afternoon. I also keep hearing some radio station's audio flipping in and out on the their analogue signal (which has been very poor).

Anybody know what's going on?
