KCBS off air?

Did KCBS just get knocked off the air or is it operating at greatly reduced power? In socal, the skywave signal abruptly ended at 6:58 pm, in the middle of a commercial.

I don't know specifically about KCBS, but Monday evening we had some major winds come into town which did damage. If these winds could uproot trees, I'm sure they could damage transmitters.

From this morning's San Jose Mercury:

"Later Monday, the wind caused problems for KCBS-AM. The radio station blamed a power outage for a broadcast interruption that lasted several minutes."

There were major storms in the San Francisco Bay Area Monday night, with wind gusts clocked to 71 mph at SFO.

There were power outages in downtown San Francisco (and through the Bay Area). A member of my family heard KCBS come back on the air at 7.15 pm, with anchor Mike Pulsipher saying something like, "my computer says 'Active Desktop loading' so if you know what that means, you know that we were hit hard".
