KCCT and the Phantom Tower

I notice KCCT is minus a tower on the way by this weekend. Thay're on the air, but no STA or other authorization. Anybody know anything?

I drove by over there today and there's a gang out in the field with 1/3 of a tower hanging from a crane. Looks like it's being replaced. Probably a straight replacement, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Sorry if I stepped on any toes. Nice to see an AM'er repairing their facilities. Others in the area could take note.
