KCDX 103.1

AZJoe said:
Just got back from vacation, where did KCDX go, its not evenstreaming online?

It's been off for a week and a half or so. No idea what happened.

They are back as of the 7A hour on 8/6. Pretty good signal on Cactus from Scottsdale Road to the 51, bad through the mountain pass on the 51, and solid in downtown. :)

They usually get knocked off the air after a storm. Didn't know the stream was down though.

I think they were off the air for about three weeks. Back on a few days ago. Picked them up pretty good in the car. Is it just me, or does their signal seem stronger now?

That is correct. In fact, I was traveling and listening to 103.1 when I saw a flash of lightning, heard a loud boom of thunder and then the sound of silence... for about 3 weeks. This happens often.

This is common with Ted's stations. I think it's because he is the engineer himself, and it gets fixed when he gets back into Arizona and that's that.
