KCDX move complete?

I've noticed that I've been getting a clearer signal on 103.1 than previously before. With a few days left until their construction permit to move between Florence and Oracle expires, KCDX Ghost Radio must have made the move. Since their new technical paramaters call for more power, it's possible they'll be off the air more often once they get the new facility licensed.

Any reports of a better signal from our friends in Tucson?

Still the same marginal signal in the 85250, at least indoors. Scottsdale CC has some TV modulator on 103.1 that radiates like mad on the 101 North as you pass by campus. They were full quieting at Hayden and McDowell this morning. Great set to start the day. 8)
 
Why are they off the air half the time anyway? I live in a part of Phoenix where I can't pick them up, so when I know I'll be south of Camelback Road or out toward the north end of the 51 Freeway, I look forward to listening to KCDX and it's a shame when they're off the air (or sometimes it's "dead air") when I'm within range of the transmitter. Budget issues, perhaps?
