Was just at KYTX/19's website earlier and noticed a linkie on their top menu bar for KCEB/54

Looks mostly like a CW mirror site, but with local TV scheds. No cross-promo banner ads that I could find back to KYTX or their news as of yet. Also looked around at London's corporate site and nothing listing KCEB yet as one of their stations, nor any related press releases.
