KCFG: Down, but not out

So says Myoung Hwa Bae, president of KM Television, licensee of KCFG. Apparently, a DTV encoder failed on Sept. 6, and the station went silent. They filed a Silent STA yesterday, and have pledged to have the station back up within 30 days.

The cynic in me is predicting mysterious equipment failures every 2 - 3 months.
