KCFO 970 Tulsa Booming In To SE Michigan Before Sunset

KCFO, which has a CP for a two tower array for days with 2500 watts, was just booming in before sunset there tonight. This is a new one. The pattern favors this direction. It disappeared at sunset. Michael Medved was on.

Interesting....and a nice catch. The only Tulsa stations I've heard here in the Chicago area are KVOO/KFAQ before going to night pattern, KRMG, and the old KELI, which used to occasoinally sneak past WIL and WIRE on 1430. I never heard 970, which I believe was KAKC (top 40) back in the day.

The only OK stations I've gotten are KFAQ, KOKC and KGYN. Would love to hear KRMG, but 740 is packed with SF, Edmonton, and occasional Toronto/Fargo.
