Unless someone complains to the FCC, naught will be done.
So just what is there to complain about?

Lying of a FCC form is a Federal Crime.
What is it that you see as a lie?
I don't see the problem, they want to move further S/E to to be a longer distance from KNTO Chowchilla.
Telling the FCC you went back on the air and you are not.
The regulatory constraints put on the LPFM service are, by design, as dictated by Big Media, just a recipe for failure.
I have no idea idea if they have put a signal on the air or not. I did call them and someone there said they were on air with a low power signal and waiting for delivery of a new transmitter. They told me their antenna is mounted on a tree at about 70'. I know the area, I used to live there- there are plenty of trees in excess of 70' on private estates there so thats believable. In the past I've heard stations that were on air only for a couple days to fulfill FCC requirement and then go silent again. Kind of a silly rule - like who's to say if a tree fell in the woods if no one was there to witness. I know nothing about the licensee. No matter who they are - it's not hard to be far more credible than what goes on with LPFMs in Hanford.
