KCIL's construction permit to move to Jean Lafitte (New Orleans) expired on Friday... did they make the move? Have they at least been testing the Delacroix site yet? If not, I would imagine that they'll be doing so soonish (if they don't file for an extension first.)

Live1075neworleans.com was registered by proxy last year, but the registration looks to have lapsed.
 
Nope still down in Dularge. This station has a history of filing Cps that never get built. However they are now in a crack as they filed one for 96.7 KMYO with the contingent that 107.5 move to Jean Lafitte, they would move 96.7 from Gibson to Houma (with a COL of Gray). FCC granted the move of 96.7 also.

Wonder since the FCC has been forcing some moves out in Dallas we may see this coming?

But basically I think it was a ploy by Oaktree capital that way if they couldn't make money in Houma, they could move to New Orleans and possibly dump the other two.

They just spent money on imagining on all 3 stations with a format flip on 96.7 (which would be the likely choice to move the country format to once they move 107.5)
