I know the FCC doesn't have a clue or care, but how does KCLN 1390 get away with never running a legal ID on their automated oldies format?...and would it be that hard for them to simply record one and insert it?
 
This is the first I've heard of it, but it's probably an error with their scheduling software (MusicMaster). Even though he might know already, it'd be a good idea to tip off the General Manager at KCLN/KMCN, which would be Chris Streets.
