KCMO EAS malfunctioning

I am listening to the stream of KCMO to the Severe Weather coverage (I live in Georgia but I am a weather enthusiast). It appears that the station is using the feed of a local TV station. However the EAS goes of occasionally but it does not allow the warning to be played completely-the recording plays for thirty seconds and is cut off. They really need to fix that.
______________

The EAS has been fixed. It just was activated again and the warning recording was played in full this time. Good job.
______________
