KCNS - TV 38

Did comcast removed KCNS-TV from basic analog tier into digit tier? I recieved nothing on Cable channel 21.
 
I noticed that KCNS is missing too and I have no idea why it's gone. I imagine that it should be on the basic tier. I don't know, maybe it's another way for Comcast to get Chinese people to upgrade to the digital tier to watch their channels (KTSF cable 8, KCNS cable 21, KMTP cable 32). Eh, maybe they'll correct it once they're done re-organizing the channels.
 
Comcast (Xfinity) San Joaquin Valley moved KGMC 43 to digital only and next month only the remaining locals will be analog, must get a digital converter to get basic cable.

I see Xfinity storts Net Bay Area and Xfinity Storts net CA coming soon.
