Channel 280C3 Silver City, Idaho Allocation Study Background In application 0000194048, FM station KCNU was granted a construction permit to modify from Channel 280C3 (103.9) to Channel 260C3 (99.9) at Silver City. That modification was not implemented, and the licensee now seeks authority to officially “return” to Channel 280C3. At the same time, we seek to correct the antenna HAAT value and commensurately modify the station’s ERP. Spacing Study A single allotment and transmitter site is proposed for Channel 280C3 at Silver City. The attached spacing study shows that the proposed KCNU operation meets the co-channel and adjacent channel spacing requirements for Class C3 stations as prescribed in §73.207 of the Commission's Rules.
