I see they have a Program Director opening at the station in Red Oak, IA. How are the people there? Is it a good station to throw your resume at?
 
I may not be familiar with the behind the scenes stuff, but on air, KCSI is an outstanding small town radio station, a little "hokey" at times, but then again Van & Bonnie are "hokey" every morning. You can listen on line at www.kcsifm.com

Oh, I grew up in Red Oak and still have family and friends who live there.
