KCVW Construction permit??

Anybody else notice KCVW got moved to a big stick in Wichita? I just now saw this. I don't know. Kansas board is dead. Why not start something new? lol

I don't think it's officially moved yet, but it's apparently moving to the Colwich antenna farm where most of the other stronger Wichita sticks are. I believe someone told me it was the tower KSNW used for analog when it was still actually on channel 3. The move will also require KDGS and KOTE out of Eureka to swap frequencies.

Years ago we put KEYN 103.7 duplexed with KARD 107.3 on the old KARD TV-3 site in Colwich. This was when KEYN moved from the stick at 61st and Hillside and raised power from 50 to 100 KW...many many moons ago.

So another SAT-GODCASTER moves to Wichita...Oh well...Glad I'm here and not there. And I'm sure they are glad I'm not there either ;D

I didn't even think about that. Power won't be Power to me if it's on 93.5. :(
