KCWX BLOCKED IN PRIMETIME

TONIGHT WHEN I TURN TO KCWX ON TIME WARNER CABLE-AUSTIN,IT HAS A NOTICE THAT THE PROGRAMMING IS NOW BLOCKED IN PRIMETIME AND TO TUNE INTO KNVA. BOTH CHANNELS CARRY THE CW PROGRAMS AND THEY ARE IN DIFFERENT MARKETS. WILL KVUE TAKE OVER THE 2 HOUR PRIMETIME OR WHAT.
 
I have the Austin market on Direct TV, kind of made me mad they blocked that channel now, I liked the nighttime shows they played.

captex, so apart from having to tune over to KNVA to see the exact same primetime programming which means you're not missing anything, well maybe some local spots, what's the problem? OR is KCWX being blocked out at times other than primetime? If the latter is the case, I can understand...
