yesterday, Fox rebranded KDFI from Fox 4 More/More 27 to Fox 4+, this rebrand comes ahead of the World Cup which Fox 4 will air as Fox owns the rights of the World Cup and they own both KDFW Fox 4 and KDFI Fox 4+

KDFI rebrands to Fox 4+

We'll probably see more of this branding. KCOP Channel 13 in LA has been "Fox 11 Plus" for awhile now. KTTV 11 is the Fox affiliate.
I thought it was already standard for Fox-owned duopolies.
Most notably, WWOR "My 9" in NYC hasn't been branded to "Fox 5 Plus".
In Houston O&O KRIV Fox26 duopoly partner KTXH is still using the “My 20Vision” branding.
True the Fox Plus one started when Fox took over KTVU and KICU Oakland-San Francisco a decade ago. It was Fox saying hey whenever KTVU Fox 2 pre-empts Fox Programming due to breaking news or Fox Sports reasons the pre-empted Fox shows are on KICU-TV aka KTVU Plus.
Possibly too much legacy behind the call letters and channel number?
So toddlers aged 3 and under aren't allowed to watch?
I thought WWOR-TV is legally required to be a New Jersey TV station and thus not just another outlet for a NYC TV station.
Fox 5 Atlanta hasn't changed yet. I am getting a little tired of the World Cup hype. It's especially bad here in Atlanta with the new practice facility for team USA here.
With politics now more important than science, I doubt the CDC here in Atlanta is really ready. I am afraid all the "savings" from getting out of the WHO are going to be fictional when folks with Ebola end up setting in the stands. They still haven't even gotten the windows with holes that were shot out of the CDC building fixed.
