KDGE Morning Show

It's amazing how the opinion swings once it's mentioned that this chick is hot. No one since has said a word about this woman being any good. I wonder how most morning-show dudes would fair if they were judged accordingly.
A dude that looked good, but had bad radio voice, would not do well. But, on the other hand, a dude that had less than good loks, but that has a good radio voice, can be a p-l-a-y-e-r!

OK since we're in sillyhood now... What about a jock who has BOTH good looks AND a good radio voice? And don't forget the jock who not only has bad looks, but also a bad voice!

Seriously, it takes more than looks and voice alone. What counts the most is "personality", and being able to relate to your audience.

Looks fade, voices age, personality rarely changes.
