Personally, I think it is harder to navigate...Clear Channel has changed all their station websites to look like this. Did anyone notice that AYO's bio is now on myspace and you have to go there to view it rather than just having it on the website?

What can I do? I can design a web page full of content that loads within 10 seconds, I tell you that much. There is absolutely no need to cram so much JavaScript and Flash onto a page that it takes 28 seconds to load with a broadband conenction. It shouldn't take 28 seconds with dial-up!
(recent data still suggests that 80%-85% of U.S. internet access is dial-up)
The site is difficult to navigate, takes too long to load, and has so many external links as to make you wonder why they even bother having a site at all.

I noticed that I get a lot of tracking cookies from clear channel when I hit the KDGE web page. Maybe thats' another reason why it loads slow. Bandwidth from other sites to load on one page. There's 10 scripts that load on the page and you're also pulling info from two other domains.
The concept is ok, but the lay out you have to hunt and pick what you're looking for.
KLLI's Website has a better layout. Only 2 scripts load and only one other domain is requested on the load. Thing's are easier to find. All the pertinent stuff is at the top, and little time sensitive info is off on the side. The big time sensitive events are in the middle, laid out well for you to catch even if that's not what you're looking for. Big improvement from the past where it was heavily loaded with flash and animation.

Ok, you got me there. With those instructions I found it in the blink of an eye. The link "listen" leads me to believe that I'm going to "Listen Live" To have something that specifies streaming of specific formats. That would be less confusing to someone who's not in to clicking links just for the hell of clicking lol. Draw me a picture or be more detailed in text.
I'll take pics over text. That might explain why I have a limited vocabulary.
