KDKA Traffic/Weather on WDSY-HD3... anyone home?

Looks like no one at Entercom cares about the KDKA Traffic HD experiment. It's been running nothing but promos for at least the 10 minutes I've been tuned in. No traffic or weather reports at all. Quality.
 
Wait. Now a report. But it's just a generic construction report. Nothing about the accidents and jams because of the snow. Great service, Entercom.
