KDKB / KSLX Signal Quality

Is it just me and my equipment, or has the signal quality of these two stations been a bit 'off' the past month or so? The clarity of years past just doesn't seem to be there.

Are they in the middle of a transmitter upgrade or something and running on backups until the work is done?

The last time KSLX played Steely Dan's 'FM' it was indeed filled with static.

I'm getting better signal quality from KCDX and I'm in Glendale.
