KELR has a new cp too..

I think KELR is off the air again, or transmitting at a very low power level. I know their transmitter started on fire, and they were back up, but now i cannot get it anymore.

In order to relocate their transmitter and upgrade, the owners of KDLS also have to pay to move KELR. It's a good deal for KELR, sicne they will improve coverage in most of south-central Iowa and add Ottumwa (home of co-owned KLEE and KOTM) to their coverage area.
