KDOC Now HD

I'm assuming the switch came sometime Wednesday. But KDOC is now broadcasting in 1080i. I'm sure the decision to do this came partly as a result of the departure of Sezmi and maybe partly from recent FCC accusations that broadcasters aren't doing enough with their 6 MHz of bandwidth.

Judging from the live picture of the Ducks hockey game, I'd say the engineers at KDOC did a top notch job with the conversion.
 
Let me clarify my post: yes, KDOC has been HD for sometime by means of cable. But now they are HD over the air.
 
KDOC has just added a third channel to its stream: college basketball. I wouldn't have known about it except that I noticed an immediate drop in quality on their main HD channel so I figured that they added another sub-channel.
