KDOK-FM Signal Outages

Anyone know what's behind the continuing interruptions of KDOK-FM's signal. The station has just returned to the air after a loss of carrier that lasted several minutes. Late evening one night last week downtime lasted more than an hour. In listening off and on for several years, these outages seem to be a consistent problem in the station's programming. Anyone, anyone? (Doubt that Bueller knows)
