KDPS Yanked off the air by FCC

Last I heard, the district is claiming they filed paperwork on time, and it must have hit a bunch of processing delays. This is certainly plausible, what with the half-a-dozen (or more) Iowa stations in a similar pickle - perhaps a file folder was misplaced or computer directory deleted. One never knows.

In any event, KDPS has been granted an STA while the matter is resolved - not sure if this has happened with any of the others knocked off the air.
