Boss bill,you impress me! As a matter of fact, you are indeed correct in your assertion that a contour-protected allotment can be fit in the Seattle-Tacoma market without KMCQ moving at all. It would be a Class A authorization, and the tower would be on the East side of Seatac airport. This should be where KMIH can put their antenna (there are four towers next to each other behind the Safeway in McMicken Heights).
