I have a feeling that Results approached KDVS a while back. If you look at the original proposal to the planning commission proposal, it was called the proposed KMJE/KDVS tower. This was happening at the same time KDVS had a pending application to move their tower somewhere else (that was just approved). I'm guessing that Results is using KDVS to score points with Davis residents after that whole KDRT-LP scare two years ago.
