The fact that there are 20,000+ houses for sale and 7,000 in forclosure, is not why the LV economy is in a downturn, according to this "bright kdwn morning host" it is because sales and service people "don't return phone calls." I think we have a new Fed chief, look out Bernikee! (I wonder why they don't get more builder advertisers?)

Also, look out "heavy hitter" she doesn't like people who file lawsuits either.
 
What builder would advertise on a station that says "tough beans" to upsidedown homeowners? I wonder if the Heavy Hitter knows of all the Lawyer bashing that goes on on that station?

But wait, "conservatives" seem to sue when it's their ox being gored. For example Pres Bush sued a rental car company for them renting a car to a person with a bad driving record. (His teenage daughter was not hurt in the crash, but he sued anyway.) Tom Delay sued when a cable car killed his father in law. etc etc. So the station may have a number of hypocrit listeners who are against lawyers but will sue if they can make a buck.
