In other news, the KEMP CP for 670 Las Vegas was recinded by the FCC and 670 was awarded to Sahuarita, AZ applicant (So. of Tucson).

I'd be interested to know how you're going to have a station of any magnitude with only 20kHz spacing from KVOI 690.

A couple of the 670 Sahuarita applications (one was even Kemp Comm) were directional to the south (!?!) away from KVOI so their 25 mV/m and 5 mV/m didn't overlap. In otherwords, 670 wouldn't even get into Tucson daytime! Why even build this thing. Anyway, I'm sure Kemp Comm. is going to fight this ruling.
