KDWN programming swap with KBAD?

If Beasley takes KDWN all sports in an overly saturated sports programming market without one major league team and all the national sports networks tied to various stations. would not it make sense for Lotus to flip the 920 spot to pick up the remains of KDWN and abandon the all sports format and merge what they want to keep with cluster mate KENO. This would free up ESPN or Sporting News radio and some local shows. It would be impossible to have a 24 hour local format. I imagine KDWN would still have the longtime Stardust Line which has been good for both groupThis would continue till expected closing of hotel next year, when I am sure some other hotel sport book will try to become sport book of record and fill the void.

You know..there's a reason Beasley isn't keeping KDWN the way it is. I don't think anyone in the radio world is going to miss it enough to bring it back.
