KECY Yuma/El Centro to Begin Local Newscasts

Can the market support a third English-language newscast? GM Paul Heebink thinks so. The station that was first in the market to broadcast in HD plans to have the first HD newscast, to launch sometime in March 2012. The Telemundo subchannel may begin its local newscast as soon as the end of the month.
