KEDA simulcasting on 100.9 somewhere?

Early this morning I was able to pick up tons of radio stations not in San Antonio where I'm at, think it had something to do with the weather. Or maybe not. Either way, you all at least hopefully know what I'm talking about.
Anyway, here's what I'm asking about. I picked up a KEDA-AM simulcast on 100.9 FM coming from somewhere!
Here's a recording of the FM quality audio. http://twup.me/7c
The station, or whatever it was, was replaced with KBAR-FM from Victoria a couple minutes after I stopped the recording. No KEDA on FM in San Antonio now that I can find. I have a feeling they are now simulcasting on FM in another area just like what KROB did a while back. Any ideas?

For those who didn't hear the recording the liner clearly says, "KEDA Radio the university of Jalapeño."
He recorded it off an FM 100.9 that was only there momentarily.

I mean, only here in San Antonio for a few minutes. The conditions probably changed. I did check back later and thought I heard conjunto music trying to overpower KBAR-FM, but it never came back fully over the rock station.

On Monday I heard KSAB 99.9 Tejano from Robstown, along with 105.7 flipping through the FM dial over by Nacodogches and 410. On Tuesday I also picked up KWEV AM out in Seguin at the Broadway Austin Hwy VIA bus stop. Wednesday on the MegaBus from San Antonio to Austin on my way through New Braunfels I had KLOL and KONO battle it out, also on the Watson Lane exit I picked up KMJQ loud and clear Tom Joyner was on.

Strong Tropo, and heavy heat.
