This is why this is far more complicated than this lawyer may have imagined. A consumer may complain about not being able to hear a particular radio station. But then again, there are no guarantees in terms of radio reception. I've lived in towns where I can't receive AM or FM stations licensed to those towns due to various geographical issues. In the final analysis here, we're talking about radio station reception, not the brakes or the tires. Very different things. And if a typical law suit has to do with injury, it will be tough to make a case.
