Keep losing, White Sox!

On behalf of every baseball fan who only has the "basic package" for MLB Extra Innings and MLB.TV, and thus when we want to watch out team play the White Sox we have to use the WGN/Comcast feed (because the basic package makes you watch the home team feed), and thus we are forced to listen to Hawk Harrelson's insanely annoying homerisms, I just want to say to the South Side Team:

KEEP LOSING! KEEP NOT HITTING!

It's has just been a breath of fresh air and an absolute joy listening to Hawk get grumpy as the Sox fall further and further behind, lose interest in the game in the fifth inning and thus the color commentator has to take over PBP duties, and just all-in-all Hawk gets more and more bitter and irratable on-air.

I'd really like nothing more than for a pitcher for the Indians or Tigers to develop a grudge against Hawk and everytime the pitcher strikes out a Sox player, the pitcher would mocking turn to the press box and shout at the top of his lungs "HE GONE!" until Hawk finally snaps and goes on a profanity laced tirade on-air.

Why, why did they insult fans and hire Harrelson. At times he sounds like he's not in to the game, at times he can't react properly to an excellent play, and if you do have game package you'll see he does not compare to other announcers. Oh for the days of Harry Carey, he reflected his love for baseball with an exciting brand of announcing, yes he had his euphenisms, but he was a joy to listen to.
On the radio side, Farmer is top notch and his partner knows baseball, but you can't tell who the lead announcer is. Will somebody please hire away Darin Jackson, he is intrusive and must feel insecure he doesn't have the lead job. How Farmer puts up with it is beyond my comprehension

If it wasn't for Steve Stone, I would have quit watching the Sox feed years ago. Hawk has got to go.

But you know it could be worse: Reinsdorf could make Hawk the GM again. ::)

I like the Hawk!

But don't worry about them winning anytime soon, that has nothing to do with Ken.

Awww, just because they can't hit or field, and the bullpen is suspect, doesn't mean they can't win, daaaaaad-gummit. ;D

All I can say about Chicago baseball is....Go Black Hawks! And it's only another 2 1/2 months until Da Bears open camp.
