Keith Hamilton let go from WRQK

The WRQK website has removed Keith Hamilton, moved Fishhead into Keith's slot, and put Nick Andrews into Afternoons.

I was told by someone at Freedom Ave, that Nick Andrews was not their first choice.

I wonder if Nick has learned not to drop the F word on the air and not to set a salesman's desk on fire, like I have read he has done before at WRQK. I give him a year, tops. He is way too unprofessional and immature for a full time radio gig. Does Clearchannel know about his love of dead air and for showing up at remotes late?

The Keith Hamilton saga is a lesson of what happens when you become close friends with Keith Kennedy and/or trust Clearchannel. How sad. I wish Mr. Hamilton the best of luck.

It's odd that you would wish him the best of luck considering how many times you've slammed him for not being a close friend to you in the past.

So smart guy, who was their first choice?

Hamilton did this to hmself. It didn't take him long to alienate himself from almost everyone in the building.

No one ever taught him to treat others like he would want to be treated.
