The Keith Sweat Hotel is added to Clear channel Urban A/C station 102jkx ( WJKX ) in Hattieburg MS, Starting September 22nd.

I've always enjoyed Keith Sweat's music but I largely agree about the show. On most stations, the local Quiet Storm show it replaced was much better.

I agree.
Although, Keith Sweat show is ok
I have to agree with you all, when I was in Trenton, NJ, I listened to WDAS 105.3 (weeknights) they had "A Brown Night with Tony" Tony Brown, he is much better, he is unique. (WDASFM.COM)
Vaughn Harper is simular to Tony Brown, he is on WBLS 107.5 New York City, he is also on weeknights (WBLS.COM)

WDAS-FM (with Tony Brown) is one of the few Clear Channel Urban ACs where Keith Sweat hasn't replaced the local evening program.... yet.

See St. Louis, Detroit, Memphis, New Orleans etc.

Tony Brown has been on for years, first on WDAS and then on Power 99 and then WDAS. Many of the shows Keith Sweat replaced had also been on for years.

Do you all still (not like) Keith Sweat Hotel? Listen to it and let us know? I listen on (Kiss 105.3 Norfolk, Va) I listen on their website. Listen weeknights 7pm-Midnight. I think he's also on Friday nights?

Let us know what you think?

For me, it's ok. Hey, it's better then nothing right? I mean, if you live in Boston area, a show like this would be LOVED and APPRICIATED by all who love r&b music.
We have no true 24/7 Urban AC radio station in Boston, we don't even have a Rhythmic AC station. So, it's better then nothing.

How about you all??

Music is okay but it replaced several much better shows on large market stations. Overall, I think the show is rather uninspiring.

You can now listen to it on just about any small or medium market urban AC now, if they aren't running the Touch at night they are running this show. I prefer Mel DeVonne. The show has led to the homogeneity of urban AC radio.
