As far as being on the HAC panel, I think that both Mediabase and BDS like to keep CHR/HAC hybrids on the HAC panel as long as they're still taking tracks off the HAC chart (Parachute, Rachel Platten, Snow Patrol, etc.)

The CHR/HAC hybrids on the CHR panel (the Now stations in Jax, Milwaukee, etc.) are adult-friendly, but they basically stay away from HAC-exclusive tracks, and concentrate on adult-friendly tracks that are charting in the Top 50 of CHR
