iHeartMedia has named Kelly Gueno to the position of Assistant Program Director of Urban Programming for Chicago effective immediately. Gueno is a Chicago native and has been with iHeartMedia Chicago for over a decade. She will report to Derrick Brown, Vice President of Urban Programming for the iHeartMedia Chicago Region.

Most recently, she served as the programming assistant for iHeartMedia Chicago, where she was a key member of the programming team. She began her career at iHeartMedia Chicago's 107.5 WGCI in the promotions department.
