Kelly's back...

Pugs said today, if he didn't get the donations he needed, the show would be gone next week. I think people actually donated enough to keep the show on this week. Go figure.
 
I find it hard to believe that a ratings juggernaut like pugs with his gaggle of equally talented juggernauts need donations. Then with Kelly added in? How can this be! Please read into my sarcasm. Its time to move on man your done in this city/market.
 
The question is, what market should the "pugs and XXX" show be in. They aren't ready for DFW, how about Abilene? or Lubbock ? Got to be a market that matches that level of talent....

How "good" can they be (both of them) if their being "hired" in D-FW was the result of a settlement of a lawsuit?

1190's signal was good enough back in the mid-60s for KLIF to get shares in the 50s. I wouldn't pay $10 million for it today if you let me carry Stern, Rush & Russ for free.

I hate to be flaming on this site...but if you really meant what you said above, then you're a dumbass. Would you buy KTCK's signal for 10mm? If you put those three names on 1190 you mentioned above, it would be top 5 billing stick in the market within 5 years...well worth the 10mm. Quick way to turn 10mm into 200mm.

Pugs and Kelly could do overnights for donations, maybe Kelly could do trix on the air for tips during the safe harbor hours.

And I thought she said she had moved down there to live a normal life with her husband that was willing to take on her and her two kids- I think he's a pilot...oh and Shemp, that ex husband too. Too bad for her to think she's got a future with Pugs and his fellow idiots. Aren't there stations down there she could have any impact on? I liked her, but them together is "done".
