Kelsey Grammer and RightNetwork

Kelsey is one of the people involved in the launch of RightNetwork, a channel created for conservatives that will launch in the Summer of 2010.

It looks to me like a general entertainment channel, skewered obviously to the right of the spectrum, rather than a competitor to FNC, as some media reports state. I might catch it if it gets to my area but it would have to have some compelling programs in order to hook me in.

I wonder what their lineup would consist of?

6 AM Infomercials
12 Noon Infomercials
5 PM Frasier
5:30 PM Frasier
6 PM The Half-Hour News Hour (previously aired on Fox News Channel)
6:30 PM Back To You
7 PM Frasier
7:30 PM Hank
8 PM Sideshow Bob Live
8:30 PM Gary The Rat
9 PM Frasier
9:30 PM The Half-Hour News Hour
10 PM Infomercials

Let's not forget the RightNetwork Special Movie Presentation: Down Periscope

The whole concept sounds like the fictitous "Sarah Palin Channel" that Tina Fey skewered on "SNL" a few weeks ago. Here's to new episodes of "That's So Palin!".

And given how a lot of these cable networks are holding their own phony awards shows, you can expect to see the 1st Annual RightNetwork Right Guard Awards.
