just because its not on doesnt mean much.. youre assuming they didnt know or werent working on something. ive had some of my signals off for days... once was off for 3 months because i had no way to deliver audio to the transmitter and it took that long to resolve it. i wasnt idly sitting twiddling my thumbs.. i was doing what i could to fix itStill not on today. Says something about their monitoring system.
As an Extra class amateur radio operator, sure seems like he'd have some skills to pitch in, if it came right down to it. 🤷♂️<...>
So I have a better question: If this guy does have some weird fixation, why has he made the tactical error in using his amateur call sign as a screenname, given how easily someone could look him up in the FCC database if he rubbed someone the wrong way?
Why do they call it East Mountain Radio, if it's a translator that covers Albuquerque? If it was a standalone AM, then yes, the branding would make sense.
