Kendra? Texarkana?

Any comments on Kendra who airs in Texarkana? Seems she has good numbers. Any ideas why she's doing so well and older more established voices are just holding their own. Her numbers just keep going up and up. Should she seek bigger markets?
 
Congratulations Kendra, you deserve it... Amazing to me some people still refer to her as "NEW" kind of like George Strait was an "overnight success" in the 80's, despite the fact he paid his dues for years.

Kendra was a GM, morning show host, Sales Manager, Production Manager, Janitor, etc, etc... She engages her listeners and is easy to approach at remotes and station events. I have been to remotes with jocks who are much less popular and watched them chat it up with 2 people for the entire remote (blowing off the kids and freebie followers) problem is that those kids grow up and even freebie followers get books to fill out... Kendra has not forgotten that she is in the ENTERTAINMENT business and that's why she does so well...

Plus she works her @$$ off with her own show prep (a lost art)
