Kennedy -Suits fit?

I think the addition of Kennedy to Suit on KFI is a plus, but the show is still a little to much rush rehash for me, it is better than the guy that talked with the slobbering voice though, whoes name I forget.

I heard them for the first time when I was in LA two weeks ago; they were subbing for John and Ken. I thought they were pretty entertaining- certainly better than Ziegler, but not as good as John and Ken of course. I wouldn't go as far as to compare them to Rush; K&S at least played off each other well and kept me interested, where Rush is just a loudmouth who slings the same 'ol crap every day and is soooooooo predictable. Anyways, I can see K&S lasting for a while, they seem to be a good fit for KFI.

Put Joe Crummey or Wayne Resnick on instead.. IMO Kennedy and Suits don't belong on such a high profile talk station.

Good suggestion, I never thought of Crummey, but I get the idea that Wayne is happy with his day job, plus he is the best fill in when Handel is on vacation, most time he's better than Bill. Joe Crummey had a talk show on KFI's Phoenix counterpart KFYI until it was revealed he was actually broadcasting from Los Angeles via ISDN. He would be a good choice and unless he moves to Phoenix it should be no problem. I think that KFI management wanted to create the same kind of male female interaction that they had with Ziegler and Leah Brandon. I suppose Suits is a fair replacement ( I have to admit grudgingly) for the male half but Kennedy is definitely no Leah Brandon.

Wayne Resnick is, with the exception of Leo Laporte, the best thing on weekends so it would be a loss there if he had a regular weeknight show. I guess Bryan Suits is the typical Sunday afternoon (remember Gallacher?) weekend fare so just leave him there.

I am no big fan of Kennedy, but Leah Brandon came off as an airhead.

And Kennedy is what? To me she is too bubbly and often inane, which is what I call an airhead.

Thought that Leah had more to say of substance but she wasn't Laura Ingraham. It was her balancing of the often times bullheadedness of Ziegler that made it work for the two of them, so in my humble opinion she would have done the same, maybe better with Suits.
