Kenny B resigns from Macon radio

Any questions?

Well, now that you mention it ... ;)

I saw that article myself but it seemed to me to leave the door open that he wasn't leaving radio, just this particular station. Do you know otherwise or am I maybe reading too much into what isn't stated in the article?

Seems to be leaving radio altogether. He's going to be a V.P. / Communications Director for one of the local banks.

Hello
I am about ready to have the citizens here in Macon boycott those sponsors using Cumulus exclusively. Kenny Bee was done wrong and I don't appreciate their disrespect of this man who was one of a few offering news and opinion (conservative breath of fresh air) in Macon. Perhaps ClearChannel or Golden Eagle will pick up Kenny Bee on the weekends or at least have a local news/talk show in the mornings.

I think we can forget Cumulus doing much local content. It seems they hit the local newspaper's website and the TV station's website for their news. When I was little we had radio stations hit the city streets with newshounds; today that has changed.

Correction, it's Georgia Eagle.
