Kenosha/Racine cable question

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but wanted to ask a question of Milwaukee-area posters, especially those in the southern part of the market.
Is the local version of WGN shown on cable in the Kenosha and Racine areas (and others close to Chicago), or is WGN America shown along with the other Chicago locals? Online sources seem conflicting, and in the Chicago TV forum another poster and I are seeking the correct answer. The sources I've seen say WGN9 is on cable in those areas, and he says it's WGN America.
Mods, please move this to the correct area if this is the wrong place.
